Driven by challenge
My job is changing all the time. That’s why I always look forward to coming in to work – there really is no such thing as a typical day. We could be working out how to get cars delivered to a dealership at short notice to meet a customers needs, or planning the sales volumes of the brand for the next five years. In some cases, there might be millions of Euros in the balance. That responsibility is there for you to take, if you’re ready to take it on.

Driven by opportunity
This is an incredibly ambitious business. But, even more importantly, we know how to harness – and create – opportunities. I noticed that when I arrived as a Graduate. Here, you can have all the benefits of a new job without having to leave your company. I’ve taken on different roles, worked in different business areas and travelled to different countries. Despite that, one thing hasn’t changed: I love the challenges of working here. If you’re able to learn from those experiences, there’s no limit to how far you can go.

Head of Sales Operations (ŠKODA)

Driven by curiosity
Exploring ideas and testing new concepts. That’s what this job is all about: curiosity. From partnering with our factories in Beijing to creating long-term strategies for our operations at home, I’m working to develop our global network, find new ways to increase sales and enhance our capabilities. In this role, there’s always something else to build, learn or solve. That’s why I’m here and that’s what I do.

Head of Customer Quality and Network Development (Audi)

Driven by creativity

We’re all creative. Ever since I joined the Volkswagen Group UK as an Undergraduate, I’ve spent my career using innovative ideas to transform our business. Today, I work with Audi, creating new retail concepts and solving complex challenges in multiple markets. For example, we recently launched a virtual site in London, ‘Audi City’, which allows customers to design and experience their ideal car, all on one virtual platform. Following our success in London, Audi have deployed it in Beijing, Paris and Berlin. Their teams now come to the capital to learn from us.

Benefits Fair

We recently held our annual Benefits Fair at our Milton Keynes headquarters. The event was a great success – it showcased our fantastic flexible benefits which help us to recognise and reward our people.

Our benefits providers came in on mass, from our Mortgage Advisors all the way through to representatives from the Employee Car Scheme – there was something on offer for everybody.

We also launched our Wellbeing Strategy on the same day – it’s really important to us that we make sure that we do everything we can to help our employees feel their best.
